FORD! "what a wonderful world" by louis armstrong. quite fun. an kermit was there!
we see the idols going to graceland and getting a tour of the place. 150!!! gold and platinum records!!! 150!!! and they meet lisa marie, and drive in a golf cart.
GROUP SONG: an elvis medley! "jailhouse rock" (the opening notes), "treat me nice" (the backing singers thing was cool!), "blue suede shoes" (go kat go! lol!), "hartbreak hotel", "are you lonesome tonight?", "love me tender" (again with the cool backing singers thing!), "i just can't help believin'", "burning love". REALLY COOL! and fun! and good!
rebecca romijn's in da house! she's hot. she wants taylor to sing "jailhouse rock" again, after plugging x-men for a bit. and he sings it! wow! he has to run to his starting spot, but he actually sings it! cool! it was really fun! i think even simon was digging it!
so to the results! taylor stands on one side of ryan's. elliot joins him, and chris and kat stand on the other side. ryan REALLY draws it out. kat looks pissed. elliot and taylor are safe. kat and chris are bottom 2.
chris is a bit surprised. simon thinks kat should go home. she's ticked off. ryan says a lot of people predicted the two will be in the finale, and that chris will win. they are wrong. chris' outta here! shock! everybody's stunned! kathrine can't believe it! chris tries to hide his rage! shock! paula's crying. simon's shocked. chris admits he's shocked. we see his journey on idol. again with the "special" version of "bad day". he looks pissed. everybody's cheering. other than paula. she's crying. and chris sings "suspicious minds".
