CARRIE'S HERE!!!! I LUV HER!!!! she misses the judges. we get the first of many guest performances this season, and from here on out, on idol. last season, other than in the finale, just fantasia performed, and the season before that, clay ruben and kimberley performed.

GUEST SONG: "jesus take the wheel" by carrie underwood. she's still great. she really improved her performing skills, too! and some of the contestants seemed to sing along with her, up in the balcony. lol!

the girls go first. we hear, one at a time, what the judges thought about each girl. apparently, ryan's looking for the bottom 3, this time round. lisa's safe. ayla's safe. kat's safe. mandisa's safe. kinnik's bottom 3. brenna's bottom 3. kellie's safe. paris' safe. heather and melissa are left. heather's bottom 3. melissa's safe. heather and kinnik sit down, as brenna's got the least amount of votes.
