the theme's 70's dance music. whoopee... constance's a fraude.
1) constantine - "nights on broadway" by the bee gees. he dances in the intro clip. ugh. ruben did it. better. he walks with the mic stand, for some reason. i think he has makeup around his eyes. gayest. fraude. ever. huge, HUGE let down after last week's rhapsody. just ok for me. paula's drunk/stupid/high.
2) carrie - "macarthur park" by donna summer. she can't really dance... that's cute though. she looks great. doesn't really perform, but that's pretty much a given with her. i thought it was really good. definitely not her best, but not too shabby. i thought the dawgpound was male only? lol at simon's comment. lol! and a bigger lol at ryan's response. and the conversation he had with carrie. lol!
3) scott - "everlasting love" by carl carlton. he can't dance either. clay did it. needless to say, he wasn't as good. i HATE paula. i agree with simon, 100 percent. it was good, but it wasn't one bit special. simon's trying to keep it real. i HATE paula. the interview bit with ryan was funny. "do it! DO IT!" lol...
alex trebek's in the audience. why?
4) anthony - "don't take away the music" by tavares. he can't dance either! and i'm freaked out! it was just plain bad. from the song choice, to the dancing, and the vocals weren't particulary strong. worst yet, and it's not even close. i HATE paula.
5) vonzell - "i'm every woman" by chaka khan. i guess she can kinda dance. trenyce sang it. but not as well as the vonz! it just fit her so well, and it felt right. it was just good. vocally good, and she performed it great. i liked it. i'm a fan of baby v, i guess.
6) anwar - "september" by earth, wind & fire. he CAN'T dance. i was born in september. it was pretty good, but oddly dissappointing. it's like he peaked too soon, with several great performances in the semifinals, and then slipped into mediocrity ever since. i HATE paula.
7) bo - "vehicle" by the ides of march. he REALLY can't dance. the intro clip was funny. not really disco, but that's awesome! he still walks with the mic stand. it was DA BOMB. i really love the bogart. he's miles ahead of the group as far as performance skills go. i loved it. thought it was great.
