4 of the 12 will be cut BEFORE performing. WTF?!?!?
lisa goes out, and she won't get to sing. matthew will. marque won't. he's shocked. katie will. she's shocked. jennifer will. george will. elizabeth will. leah will. jon peter will. tiara won't. eric won't. suzy will.
1) jon peter - "a little less conversation" by elvis presley. he can do that worm breakdance thing. cool... i love this song. he does a whole spastic dancing thing. perfirmance-wise great. really great. on the vocal though... vocally it was just alright. paula dares compare mister lewis to mick, steven tyler and beck. it may have been good, but not THAT good. in fact, i don't think he'll ever be THAT good...
2) elizabeth - "the first time ever i saw your face" by roberta flack. she's not going to dance like jpl. too much vibrato for my liking. pitchy throughout. it was kinda boring. didn't like it. she makes wierd faces when she sings.
3) katie - "so emotional" by whitney houston. hated the song. very weak performance. pitchy. karaoke. i really didn't like it.
4) george - "lean on me" by bill withers. he's so awkward. loved the song on him. pretty impressive. didn't like the jump in pace, but i did like the fact that he did both slow and fast parts. very good. very, very good.
5) suzy - "i will survive" by gloria gaynor. why on earth will she pick this song? it's almost impossible not to suck and sound karaoke on it... VERY karaoke. i didn't like it. simon and paula say something about this and "raining men" being simon and ryan's favourite songs, or something like that. right...
6) matthew - "when i see you smile" by bad english. didn't the fraud sing this song last season? the breathy way he sang it was irritating. "when i see hyew". it was just a'ight. not bad, not great. what was rock about that song?
7) leah - "let's stay together" by al green. she's so cute. what's with the pants under the dress? she still does all those wierd hand gestures. UGH! actually pretty good. i like it. and her.
8) jennifer - "i believe in you and me" by whitney houston. she's always crying. lol... "UH UH! don't cha say nuthin', simon!" lol... why did sho look so low through the entire song. great. just great. she flexes a muscle, and tells a story. HUH!?!?!?!?
